HOW DOES DROPSITE WORK?

Create an account:

To start benefiting from Dropsites great features you will first need to create an account. Simply click on the account button in the top right for the dropdown menu to appear then click register. Once the form has been filled out and submitted, the account information will be reviewed and you should receive a response within 48 hours.

Add products to your stores:

Once your account is approved you will have access to our diverse product range and can start selecting products to add to your website. These products can be added manually or if your system is capable, via our live data feed.

Place an order:

We offer two different ways in placing orders:

1. Place individual orders:
Click add to cart on the products you have sold.
Add your customer’s name and shipping details.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

2. Place bulk orders:
Send through your CSV file containing your orders to sales@dropsite.com.au.

Customers require to have topped up their customer credit before the order can be processed.

Once the orders have been received our warehouse team will ensure your order is picked, packed and dispatched directly to your customers.
